CDHM artisan Lory Tonetti makes 1:12 scale cold porcelain dollhouse scale miniatures from fantasy fairy cottages to 1:12 mushrooms for the dollhouse miniatures

Loredana Tonetti has created a wonderful display of pumpkins of varying shapes and sizes just crying out to be carved and carried by Jack on Hallowe'en. CDHM artisan Pat Carlson of Pat Carlson Miniatures creates 1:12 scale books, fantasy wings, and 144 scale dollhouses

No self-respecting Hallowe'en party is complete without a selection of food to give you a fright, and it's a time when we miniaturists can allow our imaginations to run wild. Anything goes, from severed limbs in pastry to ghostly cupcakes.

CDHM artisan MiniAcquoline makes realistic dollshouse miniature foods including halloween dolls house miniatures

If your mini people are having a problem finding a good recipe book for that most spooky of nights, point them in the direction of Pat Carlson (miniature bookmaker extraordinaire!) she has just the recipe book they will need. Ok, so I know it's not strictly food, but who can cook without a recipe book?

Eyeballs (quite naturally for Hallowe'en, removed from their sockets) are a popular addition to all kinds of everyday foods at Hallowe'en.

Imagine sitting down and tucking into a delicious meal of spaghetti and meatballs. But something's not quite right, that meatball just didn't seem to be the right texture - that could be because it wasn't a meatball at all but, yes, an eyeball!
