With the release of Greenleaf's new line of half-scale laser cut homes her future building plans include a whole Magick Town instead of just one street.
"It will take up less space so I'll be able to develop an actual village scene instead of the slightly inhibiting straight line set-up needed to display 1:12th scale houses without giving up my entire living room! I'll not only be able to decorate and landscape the exteriors, but they'll be just as fascinating on the inside as fully furnished homes."
Recently Deb has begun to explore the magical, technical world of Steampunk and has plans for a complete Steampunk house, possibly Greenleaf's Vineyard Cottage.
"It would be the perfect home for a slightly mad scientist," she said.
This month, her Magick Street takes center stage - in addition to a host of other Halloween decorations that festoon her house and cause her cat to step carefully.
"I go all out for Halloween with twinkling lights, garlands, wreaths, candles and animatronic toys. My husband and I are geeks so we have a special fascination for motion activated animatronic toys - you can't go three feet in the house without encountering singing cats, bubbling cauldrons, dancing frogs and cackling witches. My favorite is a three-foot-tall witch who has the most infectious laugh you've ever heard. It unnerves the cat for the first few days after I set it up but it's so much fun."
What else would you expect from a magical house that holds a Magick Street?
