Due to the scarcity of Italian minis and her newness to the hobby Lory isn't a collector but does admit to keeping a small collection of pieces made by friends.

Being a relative newcomer to the hobby hasn't stopped her from establishing a workshop of her own.

"I have a workshop under my flat consisting of three small rooms: the computer-tv-relaxing room; the actual workshop with a couple of large tables where I make the biggest pieces like furniture and where I run the workshops for the cold porcelain; and the third room is filled with all the materials that I have bought or picked up over the years: unfinished wood pieces, stained glass, mosaic tiles, dried gourds, pine cones and acorns, tissues, laces... I have a lot of stuff waiting to be used for new projects.
