Vynette has taken several workshops with Dana, both personally, as well as on-line, and one with Helena in Holland. She has herself given a workshop based on wooden "Pinocchio", taught in the miniature group of Port Elizabeth.

Her dolls are sold both internationally and locally through her web site as well as from queries received as a result of the publicity given to her by the organisations to which she belongs. On the local front, she attends the miniature fair in the beautiful city of Cape Town once a year, and thoroughly enjoys participating in the yearly Miniature Auction, which offers high quality South African made miniatures to the highest bid.

Vynette does not hesitate when a challenge is asked of her - even when it involves creating a miniature jointed doll.
