Step 11
Next, make a small ball out of the yolk-colored clay - 3mm (just over 3/32") in diameter.
Step 12
Retrieve your aluminum foil.
Put the ball on the foil and press it with your finger.
You want the clay to stick to the foil but not so much that its round, just a bit flattened.
Step 13
Take your Fimo Liquid bottle and make the raw egg-whites. Make a little circle around the yolk with the tip of bottle while pouring the liquid clay. Put on top of the yolk too. If the spilled egg-white turns out too large, wipe off carefully with the edge of a napkin or with your finger. Remember to put the beads on baking paper and not on the aluminum foil to avoid a shiny side of the egg. Bake the spilled egg together with the egg-shells. Bake according to the instructions on the polymer clay package.
Step 14
Take the eggs out of the oven and let them cool.
Take your needle and start to 'unglue' the baked egg-shells from the beads. Begin from the edges and carefully release the beads.
Step 15
Now take your sharp scissors and
correct the shape of the egg-shells.
Cut out the ugly pieces, make a little
zigzag on the edges to make it look broken.
