Of course it doesn't have to be cake that you eat with your tea, in our miniature world there are all manner of cookies and biscuits that would fulfil that sugar rush with tea or not!

These delightful, floral cookies, or to give them their correct and wonderfully descriptive 1:12 Spring cake by IGMA Fellow Betsy Niederer name, "Double Doozie Cookies" are beautifully presented by Monica Shellabarger. Although I think I'd be eating these with a refreshing and bubbly glass of sparkling pink champagne than tea - wouldn't that be a treat, it would certainly put a spring in my step!

If you'd rather take your biscuits with a cup of tea or 1:12 Double Doozie Cookies by CDHM Artisan Monica Shellabarger coffee then these little Chocolate Chip Cookies from Jaime Tucker would be perfect - although you'd need to bake them first. I could just imagine 'dunking' them into a hot cup of coffee... Sshh! Don't tell anyone that I've admitted to liking to "dunk" my biscuits!
