Just look at this stunningly fresh-looking Tarte au Citron from CDHM Artisan Marcella Perodo of Minicaretti - if they were real and in front of me right now I would not be able to resist taking a slice, or probably much more, and devouring it!

Although not strictly food - and this is supposed to be an article about food after all - the thought of a refreshing 1:12 Decorated cold porcelain teapots by CDHM Artisan Loredana Tonetti cup of lemon tea led my often erratic thoughts to teapots and the undoubted queen of the miniature teapot, Loredana Tonetti. Despite showcasing her wonderful, often whimsical, work in February's magazine I don't think we can ever tire of seeing her gorgeous creations. And what could be better than one of these new fresh and floral teapots to make a brew in? They make me feel like Spring just to look at them! I excuse myself for including them in a "food" article because, after all, they do contain food elements... There are those delicious-looking strawberries, the apricots and there just could be an egg under that setting hen!
