As I mentioned before, I was expecting the show to be a busy one and was it ever busy! Long queues greeted me at the entrance of the exhibition hall and at 10:10 am the hall itself was literally packed with visitors.
I had of course done my homework at home, browsing the main Miniatura website and the Gallery of Featured Exhibitors with a direct link to wonderful websites looking for creations that would fit my own ongoing project of a Victorian garden and Victorian kitchen.
But as always, seeing a creation on paper in a magazine or on a website bears no resemblance to the emotion one feels in front of such a variety of exquisitely crafted items available in almost every style imaginable.
Exhibition Hall No. 11 is a very large space indeed and every corner was filled with stands ranging from A to W and instead of wandering around like I did in 2009, I decided to visit each and every stand starting from A1 onwards.
