CDHM artisan Pilar Calle creates handmade dolls house scale miniatures "I make porcelain dolls," she explained.

"Both men and women dolls, and I also make the costuming for them like hats, dresses and suits for the male dolls."

Her business and her talent don't stop there. Pilar also offers a wide range of furniture and accessories. Just a short list of the pieces she creates will have your mind racing with possibilities. CDHM artisan Pilar Calle creates handmade dolls house scale miniatures

"I make beds, prams, cradles, baby dressers and I love to make wardrobes full of clothes. I prefer Victorian and Edwardian period clothes, but I also I make modern dresses for babies and children."

Pilar started making miniatures about eight years ago. The spark that lit her passion for making minis of all kinds was when she made her first dollhouse.

"When I made my first dollhouse I realized that I love making things in miniature, because it was like having the whole world in a few inches. It was amazing!"
