"Every once in a while I will appear as the Full Moon's Florist creating spooky plants and skeletons! I am a professionally trained florist, so nothing is overlooked as far as fantasy Halloween aspects or tiny details."

Family is another important aspect of her work that is never overlooked in her world.

"I have to honestly say I get my artistic nature from my mother, who taught me my eye for details. My father always enjoyed woodworking and can sketch landscapes. Some of my earliest memories was sitting with him as he sketched and being amazed at how the lines came together to create a picture.

"When I was a teen I would draw characters, creatures and caricatures for my classmates. He would always introduce me as "My daughter, the artist. Today, some 20 years later, he still introduces me that way. They are both very proud of me".

Her parents aren't alone in taking pride in Amber's work. Her six children and her husband are all supportive on her work.

"My children just love the Trollflings. My two youngest girls call them "babies" and the oldest girls often sit at my side as I sculpt. Some of the Trollfling's names and colors are chosen by my children! My husband is wonderfully supportive of my art as well as my little brother Zachary. My husband is a big fan of my haunted...
