Ah... Spring!

I love spring. It's the perfect mix of not too hot and not too cold. It's when the whole world comes to life. Neighbors can actually have backyard conversations without having their teeth chattering between syllables. Flowers begin to poke their timid heads out of the ground. Everything seems so fresh, and the whole world seems like it has been run through some kind of gargantuan "planet cleaner." It's simply amazing!

But then, there's that dreaded annual event that strikes a chord of despair in both young
and old. No, Hand-carved chipmunk by CDHM Artisan Linda Master it's not a visit from the in-laws. It's Spring Cleaning. The inside and outside of our humble abodes get a fresh look.
