Who doesn't love Spring? The snow melts, the skies clear, the temperature rises and nature springs back into life wherever you look. Even in the mini kitchen spring is in the air and the warming, hearty foods of winter give way to lighter, refreshing foods. As the buds spring into life on the magnolias and camellias and the snowdrops push their way out of the ground in the garden, so miniaturists turn to fresh and floral creations. Kim Saulter has an unfailing ability to create the most delicate, fresh and floral sweet bakery goods in her miniature kitchen. With her tiny cakes looking so real that I'm sure the "real" thing is more often than not found in her house! The delicate touch she brings to her miniatures is
