Welcome to the Holy Land, sacred land of three of the world's driving religions: Christianity, Judaism, and Islam.

The State of Israel is located on the Eastern shore of the Mediterranean Ocean and borders Lebanon, Syria, Jordan and the East Bank and Egypt and the Gaza Strip. It is the world's only Jewish-majority State and its official languages are Hebrew and Arabic. The capitol and largest city is Jerusalem.

Israel is also home to one of the largest collections of miniature buildings in 1:25 scale in the world.

Mini Israel, located near Latrun, Israel, in the Ayalon Valley, opened November 2002 to offer a complete selection of miniature replicas of Israeli buildings and landmarks in roughly 1:25th scale. The park covers 60,000 square meters - along its paths, shaped like a Star of David, over 350 intricate, hand-crafted, true-to-life scale models depict the country’s best known sites and monuments - and includes 70,000 real plants among the scale buildings.
