Working countless hours in her studio, anywhere from 10 to 16 hours a day; Cheri can count on her beloved husband Phil's support, as well as her brother's. Her brother designs the graphics of her website and intends to one day follow in his sister's artistic footsteps using the computer. Her mother is always amazed to see how a doll is born, from the wire armature to the very final touches.

Cheri owes her inspiration to her inner imagination. Nothing is more blissful to her than reading a book while stroking her dogs Dallas, Daisy and Dante, her youngest furbaby. The images suddenly appear in her mind, images from a very unique and splendid world. Probably a better one than the one the rest of us inhabit...

As every great artist, Cheri is very humble. Her kind and sharing heart is well known in the doll world. A very supportive artist and mentor, she even helped your obedient servant Nefer Kane to become an artist herself by supporting her in her earliest sculpting days. Cheri believes as much in being good to others as she believes in Art.
