"Often, the people who order their custom-made dream dollhouse from me have gathered together a very meaningful collection of miniatures throughout their lifetime. They want to have a very special place to showcase their furniture, accessories, and dolls," agreed Heather.
"Every 1/144th scale dollhouse that I make is a lesson on what to do different with the next one. I have really learned a lot over the years, especially with the interiors. Making them more realistic each time is the most challenging aspect," said Lori.
Each house turns into special memories for each builder upon completion. All three women have personal favorites that stand out in their memories.
"I have thoroughly enjoyed each of the custom projects I have built, the Garfield was challenging but so rewarding. To date though, my favorite project is my current custom dollhouse project, The Foxhall Manor," said Heather.
"I have worked closely with my client to come up with a very classy and traditional plan which will look like a high class home anyone would love to move into when it is finished," she added.
"The grand entry boasts an incredible 24-arm candle chandelier and the rest of the mini mansion features many beautiful, artisan light fixtures. The dark wood English Library and courtyard-like Conservatory will both be fully finished, while the other rooms are ready for my client and her daughter and granddaughter to enjoy wallpapering together," said Heather.
